  Get X-Plane 7.5. Much better sim. FS bases the flight model off of preprogrammed input, but X-Plane is an aerodynamic simulator so it'll fly as the real thing would---even lets you build your own ships n stuff.

    From a flight-dynamics approach, I definately agree, but after playing around with X-Plane a bit, I find that FS2k4 has better atmospheric graphics (IMO) and a generally more polished design. If you're willing to work for it, X-Plane will probably be pretty rewarding, but FS is easier to get into.

      But Xplanes let you fly the X15 and the Valkerye.

          Yep, it's just a battle between the two JSF fighters, not all of the Xplanes (X-1 thru X70)
